• We decide together the profitability of your property. Based on our experience, we advise you on pricing according to seasons. We optimize the prices on a regular basis to ensure high profitability and to achieve an optimal occupancy rate.
• We optimize the creation and the publication of ads in order to have the best visibility on the different specialized homeshare platforms.

GUEST APPROVAL AND COMMUNICATION

• We always vet the guests and engage with them before confirming the booking to know them better and ensure they are reliable.
• We manage the reservation requests and tenancy agreements.
• Local point of contact for your guests before, during and after their stay.

Check-in et Check-out

• We welcome your guests, walk-through your lodging using an inventory, and make sure they sign it.
• Check-in service also includes tasty Welcome Packs for your guests to feel at home.
• We are available for the duration of stay
• Departure inventory according to the arrival inventory and keys delivery.

CLEANING SERVICE

The cleaning service is performed before each rental in all rooms:

• Dusting of horizontal surfaces, furniture and shelves.
• Vacuum cleaning and wiping of the floors, carpets and rugs.
• Windows cleaning and soil washing.
• Cleaning of kitchen and restrooms.
• Emptying garbage.

Should your tenants wish it, we can also make available a maid during their stay (billings directly to tenants). Please note: Cleaning products are provided by Madikeys and equipment should be available (vacuum cleaner, broom, brush, bucket and mop) for us to clean you property. Otherwise, we can buy them for you (additional charge will be applied)

* Departure cleaning service charge will be borne by the tenants according to the surface of the property.

LINEN SERVICE

• Madikeys provides household linen.
  After the departure of each tenant, we ensure the laundry pickup, washing, drying, careful folding service. Beds are prepared before each new rental.

Please note: A linen set for 2 generally includes: 1 fitted-sheet, 1 bed sheet, 2 pillow cases, 2 big towels, 2 small towels, 1 bath mat and 2 kitchen towels.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT / REPAIRS

• 24/7 responses to urgent maintenance issues when your guests are in-stay.
• Coordinating your routine maintenance.
• We contact the necessary professionals if needed in plumbing, electricity and all types of repairs (possibility to involve pool cleaners, and gardeners if needed).
