When you enter the villa, you will discover a superb, very well-equipped kitchen, with its large central island opening onto the large terrace with sea views and the living room. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer with ice maker, Nespresso/filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher…
The separate laundry room includes a washing machine, a dryer, and other cleaning equipment.
You will stay in large common areas with an open TV lounge on the furnished outdoor terrace.
The terrace is equipped with a large dining table for 6 people, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the pool.
You will find the 3 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms on the same level.
The villa is on one level. Please note that there are about ten steps between the parking area and the villa.
Relax around the pool on the sun loungers, in the garden furniture at your disposal, or in the pool to cool off.
For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower in the garden next to the pool.
The orientation is west, with wonderful sunsets over the sea and Îlet Ramier.
Villa Kurma can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. There are also 3 bathrooms with toilet.
The first bedroom, overlooking the terrace with a sea view, is air-conditioned and features a 160-cm (5′ 3″) double bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. It has access to the terrace.
The second bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 140-cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
The third bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 140-cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a separate full bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).
The beaches, shops, restaurants of Trois Ilets Anse-à-l’Âne are 3 minutes away by car. From the beach there is a regular sea connection to Fort-de-France.
From its central position, excursions to the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a horse riding club and tennis are a few miles away, as well as golf of course. Access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d ‘Arlet is quick and direct.

Booking with Madikeys is quick and easy. Choose a rental from our portfolio, submit a booking request online, or contact us for more information. Once you have selected your rental and confirmed availability, you will finalize the booking and its terms.
A rental agreement will be sent to you, and a deposit payment will complete your reservation. Our team will then take over to organize your stay on site.
We require a deposit payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of signing the contract.
The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival.
During the check in, a security deposit (via a credit card authorization) will be required to cover any potential damages.
The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of supporting documents provided by the property manager.
Good to know: the security deposit is not charged.
Check-in is from 17h and check-out is at 11h.
However, early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and the manager’s approval. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from the manager.
