With Madikeys, you entrust your property to experts in seasonal rental management. Madikeys strives to make its clients happy and save them time and money.

We offer a full range of services for seasonal rentals.

Madikeys allows you to delegate the entire rental process through the following services: creating your listing, managing bookings and contracts, communicating with vacationers, in-person check-in and check-out, cleaning, managing linens and towels, and 24/7 maintenance services.

Madikeys does everything possible to ensure that vacationers have an unforgettable stay with you and feel right at home.

By choosing the Gold package, Madikeys takes a 20% commission (excluding VAT) for the first two weeks of rental, then 10% (excluding VAT) from the third week onwards on the rental income generated by your properties, to manage everything.

With the Silver package, Madikeys takes a 15% commission (excluding VAT) for the first two weeks of rental, then 10% (excluding VAT) from the third week onwards.

And with the Bronze package, Madikeys takes a 10% commission (excluding VAT) on bookings.
