La Perle flat is a new luxury vacation rental, tastefully decorated located in a beautiful subdivision 650 m from the beach and shops of Anse Mitan in Trois Ilets.
It is a small villa separated into two apartments with a separate entrance for each apartment.
La Perle flat is on the ground floor.
Its area is 95 m2 (including 45 m2 of terrace), you will enjoy a beautiful sea view terrace with a small private pool.
The flat has a very well-equipped kitchen (classic and Nespresso coffee machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) with its bar opening onto the furnished terrace.
The terrace includes a dining table for 6 people, a small private pool and sun loungers to relax and a sitting area.
To ensure the privacy of our guests, wooden fences separate you from the neighbors.
A gas barbecue is available for excellent grilling.
There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washing machine + a separate toilet.
There are two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms.
650 meters from the apartment, head to Anse Mitan Beach for a swim, lunch or a stroll to the Creole Village of Pointe du Bout.

Booking with Madikeys is quick and easy. Choose a rental from our portfolio, submit a booking request online, or contact us for more information. Once you have selected your rental and confirmed availability, you will finalize the booking and its terms.
A rental agreement will be sent to you, and a deposit payment will complete your reservation. Our team will then take over to organize your stay on site.
We require a deposit payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of signing the contract.
The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival.
During the check in, a security deposit (via a credit card authorization) will be required to cover any potential damages.
The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of supporting documents provided by the property manager.
Good to know: the security deposit is not charged.
Check-in is from 17h and check-out is at 11h.
However, early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and the manager’s approval. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from the manager.
