The Villa Ti Cocon of 169m² is a very nice warm villa, tastefully decorated.
It is ideally located in a small residential area in Trois Ilets Anse-à-l’Ane, close to beaches and shops.
This villa consists of 7 rooms spread over 2 levels, can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
The kitchen is very well equipped with its bar and opens onto the beautiful outdoor terrace with dining area + covered garden furniture, facing the garden and pool.
The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
The pool is private.
You will find a beautiful living room nicely decorated with the TV area, which benefits from a high ceiling + a terrace access.
The very large master suite is on this same level, and it has a full bathroom adjoining it.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all very comfortable.
After a day exploring Martinique, take the opportunity to relax on the garden lounge with views of the tropical garden and pool.
It is possible to park 2 cars in the property.
The master suite is located on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with a dressing room + its private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The next three bedrooms are upstairs.
The second bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a large wardrobe + a complete ensuite bathroom (sink, shower + toilet).
The third bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 180cm double bed (possibility to make two 90cm single beds), a dressing area and benefits from a bathroom (sink + shower).
The fourth bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a large wardrobe and a bathroom (sink + shower).
A separate toilet is also present on the floor.

Beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the Pointe du Bout , Anse Mitan and Anse-à-l’Ane tourist sites are in 5 minutes. From the Anse-à-l’Ane or from the Anse Mitan beaches, there is a regular sea connection to Fort-de-France.
From its central position, excursions to the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree-lined course, a riding club and tennis courts are a few km away, as well as golf of course. The access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet is quick and direct.

Booking with Madikeys is quick and easy. Choose a rental from our portfolio, submit a booking request online, or contact us for more information. Once you have selected your rental and confirmed availability, you will finalize the booking and its terms.
A rental agreement will be sent to you, and a deposit payment will complete your reservation. Our team will then take over to organize your stay on site.
We require a deposit payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of signing the contract.
The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival.
During the check in, a security deposit (via a credit card authorization) will be required to cover any potential damages.
The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of supporting documents provided by the property manager.
Good to know: the security deposit is not charged.
Check-in is from 17h and check-out is at 11h.
However, early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and the manager’s approval. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from the manager.
