Ti Baume flat is a luxurious 4-room apartment of 150 m2 (97 m2 interior and 53 m2 terrace) tastefully renovated, very well equipped, spacious and comfortable + a superb terrace with a view of the Caribbean Sea.
It is located in a small condominium (without opposite neighbors) of 3 apartments in Trois Ilets, Anse Mitan (with independent entrance).
Ideal and quiet location, 5 minutes by car from the beaches and shops.
On the terrace, vacationers will enjoy a beautiful garden lounge, a large dining table for 8, a charcoal barbecue for excellent grilling and a private 5 m x 4 m saltwater pool.
All with exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea.

Two bedrooms have a 160 cm double bed with a wardrobe.
One of them has an ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds (possibility to make a 180 cm double bed. It is ideal for children or teenagers.
Two bedrooms share the second bathroom with shower/sink and toilet.
This apartment is intended for 6 vacationers.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

Booking with Madikeys is quick and easy. Choose a rental from our portfolio, submit a booking request online, or contact us for more information. Once you have selected your rental and confirmed availability, you will finalize the booking and its terms.
A rental agreement will be sent to you, and a deposit payment will complete your reservation. Our team will then take over to organize your stay on site.
We require a deposit payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of signing the contract.
The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival.
During the check in, a security deposit (via a credit card authorization) will be required to cover any potential damages.
The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of supporting documents provided by the property manager.
Good to know: the security deposit is not charged.
Check-in is from 17h and check-out is at 11h.
However, early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and the manager’s approval. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from the manager.
