VILLA BIRDIE

Villa Birdie of approximately 130m2 is ideally located in a private residence.

The villa enjoys a splendid view on the sea, the golf course and the Trois Ilets.

This luxury villa, composed of 5 rooms spread over 2 levels, can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

At the higher level, you find a first air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and its private bathroom with twin vanity sinks.

A second air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, an office area and its bathroom with an independent toilet.

There is a a lounge opening on to the terrace and the swimming pool, equipped with a TV with cable channels and a fan.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge (separate freezer and ice maker), Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The living room and the kitchen enjoy an incredible view of the golf course and the sea.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Relax in the infinity pool and on the terrace equipped with dining table and garden furniture overlooking the sea and golf course.

At the lower level, you find a third air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (including a WC).

BEDROOMS

Villa Birdie can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children in its 3 air-conditioned rooms. All of them have a private bathroom.

The first bedroom is at the higher level, with air-conditioning and includes a double bed of 160cm with a dressing area and enjoys a sea view and golf.

The second bedroom is at the higher level, with air-conditioning and includes double bed of 140cm and an office area. This room is ideal for children or teenagers.

The third bedroom is at the lower level, with air-conditioning and includes a double bed of 160cm, and overlooks the garden.

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 2 km.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

• Mid season (from July 1st to August 31st) : 1500 € / week
• Low season (from May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to December 15th) : 1300€ / week
