You will stay in a superb four-room apartment renovated and very well equipped, spacious and comfortable 109m2 habitable (including 16 m2 terrace) located on the heights of Anse Mitan second floor in a private residence (with elevator) to Les Trois-Ilets.

The beach of Anse Mitan is 600m from the residence.

From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy at the table a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France.

The very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, plancha, electric plate, electric hood) with its bar opens onto the large living room and terrace while enjoying the beautiful view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

Travelers will enjoy the indoor lounge including a TV area with cable channels + Internet WIFI and ceiling fan.

You will find two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet (including a second separate toilet).
There is a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

You can park 2 cars in the underground car park of the building.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment while enjoying the sea view.

BEDROOMS

The Caresse Marine apartment has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.

You will find in the first bedroom a double bed of 160 cm with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a wardrobe and a safe.
The second bedroom has a double bed of 160cm, air conditioning and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds 90cm, a wardrobe and air conditioning.

All bedrooms have a window with mountain views and they are not overlooked.

This apartment is intended for 6 people maximum.

Shops, restaurants and Anse Mitan beach are within 20 meters. The Marina of Pointe du Bout is within 600 meters.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
