CORALINE VILLA

The Coraline villa of about 120 sqm + 40 sqm terrace is ideally located at Anse Mitan, near to the beach and enjoys a beautiful view of the bay of Fort-de-France. It is a property on ground level which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (baby accepted but not children under 6 years for their safety).

There is a first air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and its private bathroom with double washbasin + direct access to the terrace.

A second air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with two single beds (possibility double bed) + an office area.

And there is a third air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed + direct access to the terrace.

There is a second bathroom with double washbasin + washing machine.

There are 3 toilets in the villa.

There is a living room / TV area open to the terrace, equipped with a TV with cable channels.

The American kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, an American fridge (separate freezer and ice dispenser), a coffee machine, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The living room and the American kitchen enjoy an incredible view of the sea.

Relax in the pool and on the terrace equipped with dining table and garden furniture and 2 sun loungers overlooking the sea.

BEDROOMS

The Coraline villa can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

The first air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed of 160cm with its own bathroom + WC. The bay window gives direct access to the terrace where the pool is located.

The second air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds of 90cm (possibility to make a double bed) and an office area. It is ideally for couple or teenagers bedroom.

The third air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed of 140cm. The bay window gives direct access to the terrace where the pool is located.

NEARBY

Beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are from 500 meters by walking. From the beach of Anse Mitan, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France.

A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
