Sea Horse Flat is a new superb T3 fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 95m2 habitable (including 30 m2 terrace) located on the beach on the first floor in a new residence (with elevator) high standing in les Trois-Ilets.

The beach of Anse Mitan is in the front of the residence at 20 meters.

From the garden terrace, you can enjoy at table or from the chairs a small panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France.
The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the indoor lounge / TV area and terrace while enjoying the sea view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

Travelers will enjoy the indoor lounge including a TV area (connected TV with Netflix, YouTube…) with cable channels + Internet WIFI.

You will find a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin + WC.
A second separate toilet is present in the apartment.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment while enjoying the sea view.

Sea Horse apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.

The master bedroom has an 180cm double bed + large wardrobe and a television. This bedroom enjoys direct access to a small terrace without vis-à-vis.

The second bedroom has a 140cm double bed + large wardrobe and a TV. This bedroom enjoys direct access to a small terrace without vis-à-vis.

This apartment is intended for 4 people maximum.

The beaches, the shops, the restaurants and the marina of the tourist area of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are all within walking distance.

From the pontoon of Anse Mitan, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree-climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are just a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d’Arlet is fast and direct.
