VILLA VICTORIA

Villa Victoria of approximately 170 m² + 130 m² of terrace is ideally located in a private luxury residence, quiet, on the side of the hill, on the edge of the golf course and enjoys a splendid view of the sea, the golf course and the village of Trois Ilets.

This luxury villa, completely renovated, consists of 7 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 travelers.

You will find 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room opening onto the terrace with the infinity pool heated to 30 degrees, equipped with a television with cable channels, enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the golf course.

The American kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven, hotplates, an American fridge (separate freezer and ice cube dispenser), a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The living room and the American kitchen benefit from an incredible view of the golf course and the sea.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Relax in the infinity pool heated to 30 degrees and on the terrace equipped with a dining table and garden furniture overlooking the sea and the golf course.

BEDROOMS

Villa Victoria can accommodate up to 8 travelers in its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms.

The master bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with a dressing room + an adjoining bathroom with double sink / bathtub and enjoys terrace access with a sea and golf view.

The second bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a dressing area and also benefits from terrace access with a sea and golf view.

The third bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed and a dressing area.

The last bedroom is air-conditioned and includes 2 single beds of 90cm (possibility of making a double bed of 180cm) and a dressing area.

NEARBY

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 2 km.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

• Mid season (from July 1st to August 31st) : 2300 € / week
