Villa CocoNice, 150 m² + a very large terrace of 220 m2 and a deck of 80 m2, is ideally located on a hill, quiet and enjoys a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, the mountains and the bay of Fort de France. This villa consists of 6 rooms spread over 2 levels and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
On the ground floor you will find a very well equipped kitchen with its central island opening onto the living room and terrace. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto/filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, wine cellar, beer tap…
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and other equipment.
A separate toilet is on the ground floor.
You will find large common areas with a TV lounge open to the furnished outdoor terrace and a large infinity pool (8 x 5m) heated to 30 degrees with a view of the Caribbean Sea.
A foosball table is available for guests to enjoy some fun games.
The covered terrace is equipped with two garden lounges and a large dining table for 10 people where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the pool and the sea.
A Weber gas barbecue is available to guests for good grilling.
On the same level, you will also find the large air-conditioned master bedroom with access to the terrace. You will also have a large dressing room + a ensuite bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower, sink and toilet.
Unwind in the heated pool, on the eight sun loungers available for guests, or under the carbet.
For guest comfort, an outdoor shower is present near the pool.
On the upper level, you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The upstairs bedrooms have access to a terrace equipped with a large garden furniture.
For the more athletic of our vacationers, a rowing machine and a bike are available with a view of the Caribbean Sea.
Villa CocoNice can accommodate up to 8 vacationers in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. There are also 3 bathrooms with toilet.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned and includes two single beds of 90 cm (which can be converted into a double bed of 180 cm) with a dressing room, + a private bathroom with walk-in shower. It enjoys access to the terrace facing the pool.
Upstairs, one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and private toilet.
The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and include two 90cm single beds (which can be converted into a 180cm double bed) with wardrobe + sea view. They have access to the upper outdoor terrace equipped with a large garden furniture.

The beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the tourist spot of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 6 km away. From the marina, there is a regular maritime connection to Fort-de-France.
Anse Noire and Anse Dufour beaches for swimming with turtles or Anses d’Arlet beaches are a 5-minute drive away.
From its central position, excursions to the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a horse riding club and tennis are a few miles away, as well as golf of course. Access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d ‘Arlet is quick and direct.

Booking with Madikeys is quick and easy. Choose a rental from our portfolio, submit a booking request online, or contact us for more information. Once you have selected your rental and confirmed availability, you will finalize the booking and its terms.
A rental agreement will be sent to you, and a deposit payment will complete your reservation. Our team will then take over to organize your stay on site.
We require a deposit payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of signing the contract.
The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival.
During the check in, a security deposit (via a credit card authorization) will be required to cover any potential damages.
The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of supporting documents provided by the property manager.
Good to know: the security deposit is not charged.
Check-in is from 17h and check-out is at 11h.
However, early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and the manager’s approval. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from the manager.
