ALAKAZA VILLA

Alakaza Villa of about 130 m² + a large covered terrace of 40 m2, is ideally located in a very beautiful private, secure , quiet residence and enjoys a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. This 5-room villa spread over 2 levels can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

During your stay, relax in the private pool or on the loungers at your disposal.
There is a second communal pool in the residence.

On the ground floor you will find the very well equipped kitchen, with its bar opening onto the living room with pool and sea view. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hobs, fridge / freezer, Dolce Gusto + classic filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher…

The laundry room itself is equipped with a washer and dryer.

A separate toilet is on the ground floor.

You will find beautiful common areas with a TV lounge open to the outdoor terrace furnished with a garden furniture and dining table for 8 people. Around the pool are sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

On this same level there is the large air-conditioned master bedroom overlooking the terrace facing the pool. A bathroom is adjoining the bedroom and equipped with a shower.

On the upper level you will find three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, two with views of the Caribbean Sea + two bathrooms (shower and toilet).

BEDROOMS

Alakaza Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. You will also find 3 bathrooms with toilets.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with a large wardrobe + an en-suite bathroom with shower. She enjoys access to the terrace facing the pool.

The other three bedrooms are upstairs, they are air-conditioned and each have a wardrobe.

Two bedrooms have sea views and a 160cm double bed. The last bedroom has two 90cm single beds (possibility to make a 180cm double bed).

There are  two bathrooms (shower and toilet).

NEARBY

Beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are from 450 meters by walking. From the beach of Anse Mitan, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France.

A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
