From the terrace or garden, you can enjoy a great view of the Caribbean Sea and Fort-de-France Bay.
The equipped kitchen also takes advantage of this view that is breathtaking.

This through apartment is naturally ventilated to the delight of guests.

You will find a bathroom with a shower, storage and a washing machine as well as separate toilet.

After a day on the beach or discovering Martinique, take the time to relax on the two sun loungers with a view of the horizon.

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 100 m.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
