Carla Beach flat is a superb new, fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 100 m2 living room apartment (including 30 m2 terrace) located on the waterfront on the first floor in a new residence (with elevator) of high standard in Les Trois Ilets.

The Anse Mitan beach is at  20 metres away.

From the large furnished terrace, you can enjoy at the table or from the loungers a small panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and Fort-de-France Bay.
The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the indoor living room/TV / WiFi area and terrace.

This dual-aspect apartment is naturally ventilated for travelers’ enjoyment.

Guests can enjoy the indoor living room including a TV area with cable channels + WiFi Internet.

You will find a full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet + a second toilet in the laundry.

After a day of beach or discovering Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment while enjoying the sea view.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
