The apartment Casa Beach is a superb new three room fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 85m2 located feet in the water on the third floor in a new residence (with elevator) of high standing in Trois Ilets.
The beach of Anse Mitan is 20 meters.
From the terrace, you can enjoy at table or from the chairs an exceptional sea view and the Bay of Fort-de-France.
There is a very well equipped kitchen with its bar which opens onto the large living room and terrace while enjoying the view.
This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.
In the living room, there are a dining table for 4 people + a TV area with cable channels + Internet WIFI.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.
The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
