VILLA CHIMEN

Change of scenery and calm in this charming architect villa all wood 150m2, on the heights of the dull Champagne and backed by the forest 150 meters walk from the beach and 300m from the center of the fishing village of Anses d’Arlet.

The view of the sea is beautiful and the calm of the forest will enchant you.

You will find in the village groceries for your first shopping, a small market, a few restaurants, many on the beach.

You will see the return of the fishermen in the morning or in the evening and will be able to buy them fish that you will taste cooked on the barbecue of the villa.

A few meters from the villa is a hiking trail that will allow you to reach in 45 minutes the bay of Grand Anse and its enchanting setting

It will be easy to put on flippers, masks and snorkels to go swimming and admire the turtles and fish.

The villa has its private parking.

You will arrive by a very gentle staircase made of large landings to the first terrace and its infinity pool.

The bedrooms are distributed on 2 levels: the living space on the ground floor with a lounge area and American kitchen very well equipped overlooking 2 other terraces, all with sea views.

Enjoy sunbathing by the pool to relax with a great view.
An outdoor shower is at your disposal to rinse off the beach or cool off.

The 2nd level distributes 3 air conditioned bedrooms and very comfortable, a bathroom with walk-in shower + 2 toilets including a separate.
The 3rd bedroom has a bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 additional terraces.

There is an independent studio which constitutes the 4th bedroom with an independent bathroom.

THE BEDROOMS

The Villa Chimen can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms with sea view and open terraces for some.

The master suite and the independent studio have an en suite bathroom.

The beaches, shops, restaurants of Anses d’Arlet are 150 meters.

Grande Anse Beach is a 5-minute drive away. Snorkeling and water sports are also easily accessible.

From its position, make beautiful excursions to Marin, Sainte Anne, les Salines, Cap Chevalier in southern Martinique. A tree climbing course, a riding club are available a few km, as well as golf of Trois Ilets. Access to the beautiful beaches of Petite Anse, Diamond and Trois Ilets is fast and direct.

• High season (from December 16th to April 30th) : 2900 € / week
• Mid season (from July 1st to August 31st) : 2300 € / week
• Low season (from May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to December 15th) : 1900€ / week
