FAIRWAY VILLA

Fairway villa of about 220 m² of which 70m2 of covered terrace is ideally located in a very beautiful private and secure residence, quiet on the edge of the Trois Ilets golf course (hole number 13).

This villa consists of 7 rooms spread over 2 levels, can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

On the ground floor you will find the very well-equipped kitchen, with its bar opening onto the terrace with the large pool surrounded by its deck.

The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave oven, electric hobs, an American fridge (distribution of water and ice cubes), Nespresso /filter coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher…

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine with laundry dryer option + an additional fridge and a safe.

A separate toilet is on ground floor.

You will find large common areas with an open TV lounge on the furnished outdoor terrace and access to relax in the pool.

The covered terrace is equipped with a large dining table for 8 people where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the pool and garden of the property.

You will also find on this same level, the large air-conditioned master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, directly overlooking the terrace facing the pool.

Relax in the pool, on the guest loungers, or on the garden furniture under the pergola.

A charcoal barbeque is present for good grills.

On the upper level, you will find a first beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with views of the golf course and ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet).

There are also two other air-conditioned bedrooms with golf views.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

BEDROOMS

Fairway villa can accommodate up to 8 vacationers in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. You will also find 3 bathrooms with toilet.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned and includes a 180cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink + separate toilet. It enjoys access to the terrace facing the pool.

The second bedroom is on the upper level. It is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe and a view of the golf course. This room has a private bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).

The third bedroom is also upstairs. It is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe and has a golf view. It also has a bathroom (sink, shower and toilet shared with bedroom 4).

The fourth bedroom is also upstairs. It is air-conditioned and includes 2 single beds of 90cm (possibility of making a bed in 180cm), a wardrobe + sea view.

NEARBY

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 5 minutes.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

• Mid season (from July 1st to August 31st) : 2200€ / week
• Low season (from May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to December 15th) : 1700€ / week
