VILLA FLY

The Fly villa of about 140 m² + 53 m ² terrace, is ideally located on the heights of the Trois Ilets Anse-à-l’Ane and enjoys a beautiful view of the Bay of Fort-de-France and the valley.

This luxury villa, composed of 7 rooms, can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

You will find on the ground floor the very well-equipped kitchen, with its central island opening onto the large terrace with sea views and the living room.

The kitchen includes oven, microwave oven, stovetop hobs, fridge fridge, Nespresso /filter coffee makers, kettle kettle, toaster, electric grill and dishwasher…

Laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and other maintenance equipment.

You will stay in large common areas with a TV lounge open to the furnished outdoor terrace.

The terrace is equipped with a large dining table for 8 where you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the swimming pool downstairs.
For good grilling, a charcoal barbecue is available for your use.

On this same level you will find the air-conditioned master bedroom with a complete ensuite bathroom equipped with a beautiful Italian shower and dressing room overlooking the terrace facing the sea.

The other three air-conditioned bedrooms are on the lower floor with small private terraces facing the pool.

Relax around the pool on sun loungers or garden chairs at your disposal or in the pool to cool off.

An outdoor shower is installed in the garden next to the pool.

THE BEDROOMS

The Villa Fly can accommodate up to 8 vacationers in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned rooms. You will also find 3 bathrooms with toilet.

The first bedroom overlooking the upstairs terrace with sea view with sea view is air-conditioned and includes a 180 cm double bed with a large dressing room + private bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet.
She enjoys access to the terrace.

The second bedroom on the lower floor is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe and a small terrace facing the pool.

The third bedroom on the lower floor is air-conditioned and includes a 180cm double bed (or two 90cm single beds), a wardrobe + a small terrace facing the pool.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 enjoy full bathroom with double sinks, shower and separate toilet.

The fourth bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe with private bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet and also a private terrace facing the pool.

Nearby

The beaches, shops, restaurants of Les Trois Ilets Anse-à-l’Ane are a 3-minute drive. From the beach there is a regular shipping link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are within a few km, as well as golf of course.

Access to the beautiful Diamond and Anses d ‘Arlet beaches are quick and direct.
