Hinano Flat is a superb four-room fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 105 m2 + 13 m2 terrace on the 1st floor with elevator, located in a new high-end residence in Les Trois Ilets – Anse Mitan in font of the beach.

From the landscaped terrace, you can enjoy at the table or from the garden furniture, a sea view and the Bay of Fort-de-France.

The very well-equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room and terrace.

This apartment is naturally ventilated to the delight of guests.

There are two bathrooms with shower, including one adjoining the master bedroom with a toilet + a second separate toilet with its hand washer.

The apartment also has a small laundry room with washing machine.

A private parking space is available in the residence.

After a day beach or discovery of Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment enjoying the sea view.

You will find an outdoor shower in the residence.

BEDROOMS

Hinano Flat has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms.

Two bedrooms include a 160cm double bed and 140cm double bed + a large wardrobe with en-suite bath.

The third bedroom is more suitable for children or young teenagers with bunk beds, it has wardrobe and sink.

This apartment is intended for a maximum of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children maximum).

Shops, restaurants and Anse Mitan beach are within 20 meters. The Marina of Pointe du Bout is within 500 meters.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
