You will stay in a superb four-room apartment / penthouse renovated and very well equipped, spacious and comfortable of 85m2 living space + 200m2 of terrace with private swimming pool located on the heights of Anse Mitan on the fourth and last floor in a luxury private residence (with lift) at Trois Ilets.

Anse Mitan beach and shops are 600m from the residence. From the furnished terrace with swimming pool, you can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France.

The very well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, barbecue, electric hob, electric hood) with its bar opens onto the large covered terrace enjoying the beautiful panoramic view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated to the delight of travelers. Travelers can enjoy the indoor lounge including a TV area with cable channels + WIFI Internet access and the garden lounge on the terrace to relax. You will find three complete bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet (including a second separate toilet).

You will find a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

You can park 1 car in the building’s underground car park.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the apartment terrace or on the sun loungers around the swimming pool while enjoying the sea view.

BEDROOMS

The Lila apartment has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.

In the first bedroom, you will find a 160 cm double bed with air conditioning, a wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom (shower / double sinks).

The second bedroom has a 160cm double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe + an adjoining bathroom (shower and sink).

The third bedroom with a 360 degree view has two 90cm single beds (possibility of making a 180cm double bed), a wardrobe, air conditioning and a complete bathroom.

The three bedrooms are not overlooked.

This apartment is designed for a maximum of 6 people.

NEARBY

The beaches, shops, restaurants and marina of the tourist resort of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 600 m from the apartment.

From the marina or from Anse Mitan beach, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France. From its central position, excursions in the North or the South of Martinique are facilitated.

A tree climbing course, a horse-riding club and tennis courts are within a few km, as is golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet is quick and direct.
