Moana flat is a beautiful three-room fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 81m2 (including 20m2 terrace) located on the heights of Anse Mitan on the fourth and last floor (with elevator) in a recent residence in Trois Ilets.

Anse Mitan beach is 300m from the apartment.

Guests have private parking space at the residence.

From the landscaped terrace, you can enjoy at the table or from the garden furniture, a sea view and the Bay of Fort-de-France.

The well-equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric range hood, kettle, classic coffee makers and Senseo …) opens to the living room and terrace while enjoying the sea view.

This through apartment is naturally ventilated to the delight of guests.

Guests will be able to enjoy the indoor living room with a TV area with cable channels + WiFi internet.

The apartment has two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and a full bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) + a second separate toilet.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.
