Oscar Villa of about 138 m² + 80 m ² terrace, is ideally located on the side of Morne and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and Fort-de-France Bay. This luxurious 7-room single-level villa sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

You will find the kitchen very well equipped, with its central island opening onto the terrace with sea views and the living room.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, electric hobs, fridge with ice, Nespresso /filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, electric grill and dishwasher…

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, wine cellar and other amenities.

You will stay in large common areas with a TV lounge open to the furnished outdoor terrace. Enjoy the infinity pool heated to 30 degrees with views of the Caribbean Sea.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a large dining table for 8 people where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the pool and sea + a gas barbecue.

The air-conditioned master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a beautiful Italian shower and dressing room overlooks the terrace facing the sea.
A TV is present in this bedroom.

Two other air-conditioned bedrooms share a complete bathroom (shower and toilet).

The last and fourth bedroom is also air-conditioned and benefits from a full en-suite bathroom, sink, shower and toilet.

Relax in the infinity pool heated to 30 degrees and loungers for guests to use.

Oscar Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. You will also find 3 bathrooms with toilets.

The first bedroom overlooking the terrace with sea view is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with a large dressing room, TV + en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet. It enjoys access to the terrace.

The second bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 140cm double bed, a wardrobe and an office area.

The third bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 140cm double bed, a wardrobe. It enjoys a bathroom (double sinks, shower and toilet) shared also with bedroom 2.

The fourth bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe + an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet

NEARBY

The beaches, shops, restaurants and marina of the tourist place of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are less than 2 km away. From the marina, there is a regular sea connection to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions to the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree-lined course, a riding club and tennis courts are a few km away, as well as golf of course.

The access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d ‘Arlet is quick and direct.
