SANKA VILLA

Sanka villa is luxury villa of 250 sqm + 150 sqm terrace. The villa is ideally located in a private residence, with a splendid view of the golf course, the sea and the village of the Trois Ilets. 7 rooms spread over 2 floors, accommodate for maximum 8 people.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with its bar opening onto the swimming pool. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge (with ice cube and water dispenser), Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric grill and dishwasher.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a second fridge (with ice cube and water dispenser).

An independent WC is on the ground floor.

The ground floor is composed of a TV room, dining room with a table for 6 people and a living room with a large corner sofa with a view on the garden and sea.

On the first terrace, there is a large dining table for 8 people where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the golf course and the sea.

On the ground level, there is a first independent air-conditioned bedroom as well as its own bathroom with WC, giving directly on the second terrace with a set of garden furniture in front of the swimming pool.

Relax in the infinity pool HEATED AT 30 DEGREES as well as on the sun loungers available for travelers.

Nearby is another dining table for 4 people.

Upstairs, there is a large, air-conditioned parental suite with a golf view: dressing and a large private bathroom (with large Italian shower and toilet).

There are also two other air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilet (with bath) and wardrobe, opening up onto an outdoor terrace with sea view. One of them is equipped with a TV with CANAL SAT channels.

BEDROOMS

Sanka Villa can accommodate up to 8 adults in 4 beautiful air-conditioned rooms. There are also 4 bathrooms with toilets.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, there is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with a large wardrobe, a safe, a private bathroom with toilet and access to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The second bedroom is the master suite, which is upstairs. There is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a dressing and a balcony with view of the golf course and the swimming pool. This master suite has a TV with Canal Satellite channels and a large private bathroom (double basin, large Italian shower and toilet).

The third bedroom is also upstairs. There is air-conditioned and has a double bed (160cm), a wardrobe and access to the outdoor terrace with sea view. It also has a private bathroom (bathtub and WC).

The fourth bedroom is also upstairs. There is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe, a TV with Canal SAT channels and access to the outdoor terrace with sea view. It also has a private bathroom (bath and toilet).

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 2 km.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.
