The Sol y Luna apartment is a beautiful, fully renovated, very well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom duplex apartment of 100m2 (including a 15m2 terrace) in a high standing private residence at Pointe du Bout aux Trois Ilets.

It is located on the third and last floor without elevator.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a superb view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France.
The very well equipped kitchen also benefits from this breathtaking view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated to the delight of travelers.
The dining table is in the indoor living room and the terrace has garden furniture + a high table facing the sea.

You will find a bathroom with a shower, storage space and separate WC.

The TV lounge with Orange box channels is located upstairs.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the garden furniture with a view of the Caribbean Sea.

The Sol y Luna apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a large wardrobe, then in the second two single beds 90cm (possibility a large double bed 180cm) and a large wardrobe.

The bedrooms have a sea view.

This apartment can accommodate maximum of 4 people.

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 100 m.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
