Tropicool apartment is a superb four-room duplex apartment renovated, fully equipped, spacious and comfortable with 150 m2 of living space located located just in the front of the sea on the second and last floor in a high-end residence (without elevator) in Trois Ilets.

Anse Mitan beach is located just behind of the residence, 50 meters away, as well as shops, restaurants, marina, etc.

From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy an exceptional view of Anse Mitan beach at the table or from the garden furniture.

The very well-equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room (with cathedral roof) and the terrace while enjoying the sea view.

There is a laundry room with all the equipment (washing machine, dryer, iron, etc.).

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the greatest pleasure of travelers.

Travelers will be able to enjoy the interior lounge including a TV area with cable channels + WIFI Internet. A small enclosure is also available.

You will find two complete bathrooms, one with shower, sink + WC, the second with bathtub, sink and WC.

A third separate toilet is present in the apartment.

Children will be able to have fun upstairs with a space dedicated to them.

A double box will be available to park your vehicles.

THE BEDROOMS

Tropicool apartment has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.

The master bedroom upstairs has a 160cm double bed as well as a 90cm single bed + wardrobe / chest of drawers. It has an adjoining bathroom (bath + sink + WC).

The second and third bedrooms each have a 160cm double bed + large wardrobe.

These two bedrooms have a bathroom with shower + sink and WC.

This apartment is designed for 6 adults and 1 child maximum.

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 80 m.

From the Anse Mitan’s pontoon, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.

The location is half way from the north and the south of Martinique and it makes excursions easy.
