VERDI VILLA

Verdi Villa of 160 m² habitable + its 30m2 terrace is ideally located in a secure environment, quiet and enjoys a nice view of the bay of Fort-de-France. This luxurious 7-room villa spread over 2 levels, sleeps a maximum of 8 guests who will enjoy a private infinity pool + outdoor shower.

On the ground floor you will find the large kitchen very well equipped, with its bar opening onto the furnished terrace with the infinity pool.
The kitchen includes high-end amenities: an oven, a microwave oven, induction hobs, an American fridge, Nespresso /filter coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher…

Laundry room is equipped with a washing machine.

A separate toilet is on ground floor.

You’ll find large common areas with an open TV lounge on the furnished outdoor terrace and access to relax in the infinity pool.

The covered terrace is equipped with a garden furniture + 2 sun loungers and a large dining table for 10 people where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the villa’s swimming pool and tropical garden.

You will also find on this same level, a beautiful  air-conditioned bedroom with a separate bathroom equipped with an Italian shower.

Relax in the pool as well as on the sun loungers / garden furniture available for guests.
An outdoor shower is available to the travelers for their comfort.

On the upper level you will find a first beautiful bright air-conditioned bedroom with sea view and ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet).

There are also two other air-conditioned bedrooms, one with views of the Bay of Fort-de-France.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

For guest comfort, it is possible to park 3 cars in the property.

BEDROOMS

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 vacationers in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. You will also find 3 bathrooms with toilet.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it is bright, air-conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with Italian shower and vanity. It enjoys access to the terrace facing the pool.

The second bedroom is on the upper level. It is bright, air-conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm and a sea view. This room has an en-suite bathroom (double sinks, shower and toilet) + a separate dressing room.

The third bedroom is also upstairs. It is bright and air-conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm, a wardrobe and has a sea view. It also has a bathroom (vanity, shower and toilet shared with bedroom 4).

The fourth bedroom is also upstairs. It is air-conditioned and includes a 2 single beds of 90 cm (possibility to make a double bed in 180cm), a wardrobe + sea view.

NEARBY

The beaches, shops, restaurants of Trois Ilets Anse-à-l’Ane are a 3-minute drive away. From the beach there is a regular shipping link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are within a few km, as well as golf of course. Access to the beautiful Diamond and Anses d’Arlet beaches are quick and direct.
