The living room, which opens onto the modern kitchen, gives access to the furnished terrace with the heated pool.

The modern kitchen with its central island is very well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, freezer and other cleaning equipment.
Relax in the heated pool and on the terrace equipped with a dining table and garden furniture, with views of the sea and Ilet Ramier. Ceiling fans are located above the dining table and garden furniture.
There is a beautiful barbecue on the terrace for the comfort of vacationers.

The master bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 180 cm double bed with a walk-in closet + an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet. From this bedroom you will have a view of the pool and the sea.
The second bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160-cm double bed, a dressing area, and a separate bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is separate.
The third bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160 cm double bed, a dressing area and a bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is separate and shared with bedroom 2.
The last bedroom in the independent bungalow is air-conditioned and includes 1 double bed of 160 cm and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The beaches, shops, and restaurants of Les Trois-Îlets Anse-à-l’Âne are a 3-minute drive away. From the beach there is a regular sea connection to Fort-de-France.
From its central position, excursions to the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a horse riding club and tennis are a few miles away, as well as golf of course. Access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d ‘Arlet is quick and direct.

Booking with Madikeys is quick and easy. Choose a rental from our portfolio, submit a booking request online, or contact us for more information. Once you have selected your rental and confirmed availability, you will finalize the booking and its terms.
A rental agreement will be sent to you, and a deposit payment will complete your reservation. Our team will then take over to organize your stay on site.
We require a deposit payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of signing the contract.
The balance is due no later than 15 days before your arrival.
During the check in, a security deposit (via a credit card authorization) will be required to cover any potential damages.
The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of supporting documents provided by the property manager.
Good to know: the security deposit is not charged.
Check-in is from 17h and check-out is at 11h.
However, early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and the manager’s approval. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from the manager.
