From the terrace you can enjoy at the table a nice view of the sea and the beach of Anse Mitan. Taste the welcome planter from the garden furniture to kick off the holidays.

This apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people.

Shops, restaurants and the Marina of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan beach are within 80 meters by walk.

From the marina, there is a regular ferry to Fort-de-France. A tree climbing recreation area and a horse-riding club are within a few km.

The golf course and tennis courts are walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are easy to access by car in 15 min.
